Refund policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please advise, via email, the reason for returning a product to: janet@inspiredshelldesigns.com. When returning a product, please take a photo and include that with your email. Once you receive approval to return, please wrap the product in the same packaging if possible (or provide the same packaging) so that no further damage is sustained in transit. Please return to: Inspired Shell Designs, 20 Doheny Street, Mt Gravatt, Qld, 4122, Australia. If the product is returned due to a fault in workmanship, postage will also be refunded and a full refund will be provided to the designated account once the product is received or a replacement will be sent (if that is what is requested). If a product is returned because the purchaser has changed their mind, postage will not be refunded and the product must still be in perfect condition otherwise a refund will not be provided.
