Shipping policy

For all orders over $70, shipping is free to you the customer.  For all orders under $70, Inspired Shell Designs will charge you the customer, by weight of the product.  Inspired Shell Designs will always ensure your purchased product(s) is packaged appropriately to help prevent damage in shipping.  For customers who live in Australia, either Australia Post will be used or a courier company will be sourced by Inspired Shell Designs at the time of purchase.  For customers living outside Australia, a courier service will be sourced.  Inspired Shell Designs will notify you, the customer, when shipping has taken place. Limited stock is held by Inspired Shell Designs, therefore when you place an order, you will be advised if the product purchased is in stock or whether it is required to be made or printed by an external supplier within Australia and you will be given a time frame. The desired time frame is between 2 to 3 weeks from when you place your order to when you receive your product.  Inspired Shell Designs is a one person business who will always endeavour to provide you with excellent service.
